Ordering:
All orders placed on our website are shipped by Canada Post. We are happy to provide our customers with FREE SHIPPING for every order.

All shipments to the USA are duty free (under NAFTA) on all products shipped to the USA with the total value of $200.00 US or less.

Amphora Urns is not responsible for any charges such as: duty, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, or other US government charges that may apply to high value shipments to the USA from Canada.

We can not ship orders to a P.O. box.

Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. In the event of any production delays, we will notify you as soon as possible  by email.

Delivery:
For shipments going to the US and Canada, please expect a delivery within 7 to 14 days.
 

Payment Methods:
Our preferred method of receiving payment is through PayPal. PayPal allows our customers to make secure purchases without revealing their credit card number or financial information.

To accommodate those customers who are hesitant about using your credit card online, we also accept payment by check or money order. More information will be made available during your ordering process.

Shopping cart:
We trust Mal's e-commerce shopping cart system to handle all our customer information and orders.  Mal's offers a safe and secure platform that  enables you to securely pay for your order by PayPal or credit card. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you indicated.

Return policy:
All urn purchases are final and there are no returns unless the urn is defective, damaged or still in its original (new) condition.

For return of urns in original condition, a request for refund must be made by email within 5 days and returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Customer pays for shipping charges.

Returns for damaged or defective also require an authorization by email within 5 days of receiving the urn.
We will ship a new urn to replace the damaged one. Customer must pay shipping to us and we will pay shipping back to customer upon return of urn.
